WOTANCRAFT wishes for you to get exactly what you’re looking for. Here are the 5 stages of our shopping experience: Add the selected product style to cart. In the shopping cart page, you can adjust the number of products ordered, and fill in your delivery information. We offer worldwide free shipping using Postal Service; you can also choose FedEx shipping for additional fee. We have not included any taxes in our product price, so we do not cover possible import taxes incurred from international shipping. You may need to pay additional fee your country’s customs agency (exact value not calculated in our shopping cart) to get the package.By clicking the checkout icon, you will be directed to PayPal (or other payment methods exclusive to Taiwan customers) to complete the payment. After the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to WOTANCRAFT website, and you will see the order details displayed. A copy of these details (purchase invoice) is also sent automatically to your email address. When the package is sent from our workshop in Taiwan (R.O.C), we will send an email to you, specifying the tracking number of the package. You will receive the package within the estimated waiting time (work days). If no one picks up the package when it’s delivered, it will be held at the local post office (or FedEx office, if you chose to deliver via FedEx). Please use the tracking info we’ve provided to find out where the package is at. By the time you receive the package, we will send another follow-up email to you for confirmation. If our creations do not meet your expectations, we offer 7-DAY RETURN & REFUND of items in mint / unused condition. We can refund the ordered product value, but cannot refund the following costs: – import taxes incurred from international shipping – FedEx delivery fee incurred from your choice upon ordering – return shipping fee paid by sender We recommand using Postal Service to return the package, to minimize the shipping fee incurred on your end. Please send us the tracking number so we can track the status of the return package. Once the returned package is received, and that everything is in order, we will process the refund immediately. We offer 3-YEAR FREE REPAIR WARRANTY, given intended usage. Shipping fee paid by sender. We also value any user feedback you may have on our creations.
